This website is independently operated and is not an official service of the University of Hong Kong or its Information Technology Services (ITS). It does not provide campus-network access, university library resources or HKU account verification. A search for HKUVPN may also show the university's VPN; choose the service you actually need.
For the university's official VPN, use HKU ITS guidance. Do not enter your university VPN password on this website.
Scope and purchasing information
Current connections share Los Angeles datacenter exits while keeping personal accounts, subscriptions and allowances separate. We provide HY2 and Trojan subscriptions and guides for Mac, iOS, Windows, Android and Linux. Check availability and capacity on the pricing page and before checkout.
Payment is one-time with no automatic renewal. The service does not include AI accounts, memberships, API credits or paid clients, and does not guarantee residential exits, fixed bandwidth or third-party account eligibility.
Support and account-data requests
Account holders can submit a workspace ticket with the device, client version, network, protocol and error text. Redact subscription URLs, API keys, passwords and verification codes before sending screenshots.
